An AI-powered postpartum support platform

Seremom

Seremom is an AI-powered postpartum support platform designed to help new mothers reflect on their wellbeing, recognize patterns early, and navigate the postpartum period with clarity and support.

Why it exists

Postpartum care often focuses on isolated symptoms, leaving many women feeling unseen or unsupported. Seremom is being built to bridge the gap between self-reflection, functional wellbeing, and system-level support without replacing care or making diagnoses.

What it will do

Seremom is being designed to support postpartum wellbeing through:

  • Evidence-informed education grounded in women’s health, recovery, and nervous system science

  • Multidimensional self-checks and reflective assessments that reflect how life actually feels postpartum

  • Gentle check-ins on energy, emotional wellbeing, stress, and cognitive load over time

  • Journaling and guided reflection prompts to help users process experiences and notice changes

  • Grounding and regulation tools to support moments of overwhelm

  • AI-guided support and insight that helps users connect patterns, reflect more clearly, and prepare for conversations with care providers

  • Visual summaries and data graphs that translate daily inputs into understandable trends, not scores or labels

Seremom does not diagnose or replace care.
It supports awareness, reflection, and continuity between visits.

Where it fits

Seremom is developed by Women’s Health Collective Consulting and reflects our work with individuals, care teams, and systems focused on trauma-informed, function-centered women’s health.
